1). Providing the whole set equipment's: Supplying scope: Expansion pretreatment, extraction, refining, dewaxing and degreasing;
2). Whole set of equipments installation, equipment specification and the relevant technical data;
3). Supply of power control equipments in workshop;
4). Leaching workshop all adopts the anti-static, explosion-proof device, the link of power equipments adopts explosion-proof hose;
5). Workshop process flow diagram, equipment flat and elevation layout, foundation holes diagram and civil engineering conditions figure;
6). Providing whole set of project's installation materials;

3. The clients undertakes engineering scope:
1). Be responsible for the building projects' design and construction;
2). Providing the storage tanks for the crude oil and product oil;
3). Be responsible for the construction of the plant's illumination work and public works;
4). All pipelines of the public work and the outside parts;
5). Equipment's hanging and unloading, transportation and the installation workers' board and lodging expenses;
6). Time of delivery: Within 70 working days after contract come into force the equipment has shipping conditions.
4. Whole set equipment's turnkey price:
The requirements of the public work and the auxiliary materials:

Saturated steam: 1.0 Mpa;
Cooling water: Cooling water requires 0.3 Mpa pressure under the conduction of non-corrosiveness, no suspension impurities, the temperature shall below 20 ~ 32 º C (summer), the maximum hardness shall less than 10 German degree;
Drinking water: The pressure shall be 0.3 MPa, the temperature shall be 15 ~ 25 º C, the maximum hardness shall less than 10 German degree;
Soft water: The pressure shall be 0.3 MPa, the temperature shall below 50 º C, the maximum hardness shall less than 5 German degree;
Three-phase power: 3 ´ 380 V± 5%;
Illumination and power control: 220 V± 0.05, frequency: 50 Hz;
Solvent oil (main ingredients C6H14) must meet the following standard:
The initial boiling point shall not below 60 º C in distillation procedure; 98% distillation temperature shall not higher than 71º C
Water-soluble acid and alkali: No
