On December 11-15, the 18th International Drying Symposium was held in Xiamen, China. The conference was organized by the International Dry Technology Association and organized by Xiamen University. This was the second time the conference was held in mainland China.

As Dr. Li Sheng, a member of the Drying Experts Group of the Engineering Committee of the China Chemical Engineering Society, he believes that for the rapid growth of China's lignite power generation ratio, the development trend of West-to-East power transmission and high-efficiency and environmental protection unit investment, promote the use of super-heated steam and low-quality coal for drying and upgrading. A clean coal new technology meets the requirements of China's sustainable development strategy and energy conservation and emission reduction. Not only will it have a huge driving effect on energy conservation and emission reduction in China's coal and power industries, but it will also play an important role in promoting the upgrading of green technology in the world's coal and power energy infrastructure industries.
