How to clean generator fuel tank dirt

There are too many deposits in the fuel tank of the generator, and a large amount of impurities enter the oil pipe, which will speed up the fouling of the filter and the wear of the precision fittings, affecting the normal use of the generator. Therefore, the fuel tank deposits should be cleaned regularly.

, should check the fuel tank vent valve is open. If the valve spring is inelastic or rusty, it should be repaired or replaced. Fill up with oil and remove the air from the oil circuit.

Fourth, when the spray head flushes over the fuel tank, immediately remove the oil drain plug to release the dirty oil. This repeated cleaning 2-3 times to achieve the purpose of removing dirt.

Fifth, use a clean cloth to block the filling port, open the compressed air switch, and maintain the pressure flush of 3_8_0_~6_0_0_k_P_a_. When flushing, the position of the spray head should always be changed so that the deposits and adherents turn with the oil. After cleaning the fuel tank, check the fuel tank filler screen for any dirt or damage and handle it at any time.
