Oxygen Sensor
First, do a good job of daily cleaning.
In addition to the daily appearance of the vehicle, the focus is on cleaning the engine's condition. It is important that the engine intake system is clean, which prevents inhalation of sand particles from causing abnormal wear in the cylinder. Always check the air filter element and the surrounding area for dust and impurities. If it should be removed or blown out from the inside with compressed air, replace if necessary. Check if the connection of the inlet rubber hose joint is reliable, whether the hose is broken, leaking, aging, etc., and replace it as needed.

Check each sensor for obvious damage and damage. If it is new, it cannot be repaired. Whether the connection with the ECU is firm and reliable, whether the wire is plugged in, whether there is corrosion or oxidation, whether the wire is worn or short-circuited between wires, and the phenomenon of disconnection is found.
ECU
As long as the electric oil pump and fuel injector are working properly, they cannot be easily disassembled, but it is necessary to check the reliability of the wire plug. If there is a fault, it is best not to do it yourself.
Fuel pump
Third, do not operate illegally.
The precision of the EFI motorcycle is determined by the disassembly and assembly specifications during its maintenance. Do not disassemble it at will, which may not only cause the power of the motorcycle to drop, but also cause dangerous situations such as fire.
Whenever the oil supply system is inspected, the electric door lock switch should be turned off first, and the negative electrode of the battery should be removed to prevent accidental generation of electric sparks to ignite the gasoline.
Injector
If it involves disassembling the oil supply system, be sure to first relieve the pressure. The method is: open the fuel tank cap to release the pressure in the fuel tank, remove the fuel pump connector, start the engine, and let it idle until the engine is self-extinguishing. If the engine fails to start, remove the wiring harness connector on the injector, ground one of the terminals (ground), and connect the other terminal to the battery positive terminal for more than 10s with the jumper wire to release the system. The internal pressure, when the above two pressure relief methods are not feasible, the oil removal pipe can also be used to remove the pressure of the oil in the oil supply system. When using this method, a clean rag should be found to be absorbed in the disassembly. Gasoline, so as not to cause the fuel oil to be sprayed around.
ECU
When removing the electric oil pump from the fuel tank, do not energize the oil pump. The fuel pump is not allowed to run in the dry state or in the water. The positive and negative wires cannot be reversed, otherwise the service life will be reduced.
Fuel pump
When disassembling the oil pipe, prevent foreign matter from entering, contaminating or clogging the oil supply system. The oil pipe joints of the oil supply system are specially designed and should be specially taken care of when disassembling. All used O-rings, gaskets, pipe clamps, gaskets, etc. are disposable fittings and should be replaced with new ones to ensure that the oil supply system is sealed and does not leak oil.
