ZMD America's TSic temperature sensor is fully tested and calibrated for absolute measurement accuracy, requires no calibration, is easy to use, and has long-term stability.
The sensor features a high-precision bandgap reference PTAT output, a low-power precision ADC, and an on-chip DSP core with E2PROM for precise calculation of the output temperature signal. The TSic temperature sensor was jointly developed by ZMD America and IST AG. Other similar products have an accuracy of less than ±0.5 and have higher cost and power consumption.
TSic has a fast response time (0.8s in 63% temperature range, SOP-8 or e-line package) and accurate water temperature measurement within 3s. The custom TSic COF device test cycle is only 4ms.
