(5) Ready to clean the tube, cleaning supplies and other related devices. Before working, you must first lubricate the pipes with the cement mortar formulated according to the regulations. Unrelated personnel must leave the pipeline.

(6) The legs should be fully extended and fastened, and the feed bar must not be started before being fixed. The boom can be turned after the boom is raised. The boom should extend in sequence. It is forbidden to use the spreader to lift or drag the object.

(7) Never move the body when the boom is fully extended. When it is necessary to move during operation, the upper boom should be folded and fixed. The speed of travel should not exceed 10km/h. (8) Various instruments and indicator lights should be monitored at any time, and when they are found to be abnormal, they should be adjusted or processed in time. (9) When the pumping system is under pressure, no piping and hydraulic piping may be opened. The safety valve of the hydraulic system must not be arbitrarily adjusted. The accumulator can only be filled with ammonia.

(10) After the operation, all the concrete in the hopper and the pipeline must be output, and then the pump, hopper, and pipeline must be cleaned. When flushing the pipeline with compressed air, no person shall be allowed within 10m in front of the outlet end of the pipeline, and metal foam baskets and gravel pellets shall be collected using a metal net basket.

(11) It is forbidden to flush the distributor pipe with compressed air. The folding and shrinking of the distribution bar must be performed in sequence.

(12) All parts of the operation switch, adjustment handle, hand wheel, control sweat, cock, etc. should be reset. Hydraulic system unloading.
