1 original system introduction
Cooling water system, including circulating cooling water system, sampling cooling water system and pumping jet system, equipment layout scattered. The water consumption of the circulating cooling water system is about 650t / d, the cooling tower water is used for cooling and circulation, and the proper amount of sewage is discharged during the operation to ensure the water quality conformity index. The sampling cooling water system is the shell and tube heat exchange system with the water consumption of about 150t / d , Cooling water through the sample cooler heat exchanger does not change the water quality, cooling water through the sampling cooler directly into the scene after the well; pumping water jet system water consumption of about 100t / d, water jet driven by a jet pump in the pipe and water tank Circulating flow, water jet driven jet water suction turbine vacuum condenser, water quality does not change, but the temperature rises, the tank needs replenishment from the outside world to reduce the water temperature to meet the condenser vacuum degree, the water tank due to make-up water Of the entry, the water level increased overflow, overflow water directly into the scene 窨 wells. The system has the advantages of simple process, direct discharge of waste water and short pipeline; the disadvantage is that the equipment keeps running, the cooling water is continuously discharged, and the waste of water resources is serious.
2 system transformation
Sampling cooling water system and pumping water system cooling water quality is stable, the amount is relatively small, its water quality to meet the requirements of recycled water. Therefore, the sampling cooling water system and pumping water jet cooling water system as a recirculation cooling water system to supplement water to achieve the purpose of saving water, after transformation shown in Figure 1.
The system adds pipe 1, pipe 2, valve 3, valve 4, valve 5, valve 6, and removes the overflow tank 7 from the water tank. Pipeline 1 is connected to the circulating water tank overflow overflow pipe (water tank from the circulating water tank about 40m), in order to ensure that the overflow overflow tank can be successfully recycled back to the circulating pool, the tank raised, so that the overflow tank overflow above the cycle Pool 400mm; pipe 2 for the AQC boiler sampling cooler and SP boiler sampling cooler cooling water connected to the circulating cooling water back to the cooling tower pipe (AQC boiler sampling cooler from the SP boiler sampling cooler about 150m, SP boiler sampling cooler from the cycle Pool about 100m), through the valve 4 and valve 5 control; valve 3 control AQC boiler sampling cooling water discharge well pipe; valve 6 control SP boiler cooling water discharge well pipe. After the transformation, the overflow tank directly flows into the circulating water tank, closes the valve 3 and the valve 6, opens the valve 4 and the valve 5, and 2 boiler cooling water is used as the recycle water to supplement the water, thereby saving water resources.

3 Conclusion
1) After the cooling water system is reformed, the water consumption of the circulating cooling water system has no change, and has no effect on the condenser vacuum degree. The total water consumption of the cooling water is reduced from 900t / d to 650t / d, and the water saving effect is obvious.
2) After the renovation, increase Ф133mm × 4mm pipe 40m, Ф57mm × 3mm pipe 250m, DN50 valve 4, a group of pipe fittings, total investment of 15,000 yuan; waste heat power generation operation 7200h per year, saving 82,500t of tap water, 240,000 yuan.
The reform is conducive to the smooth development of energy saving and environmental protection, in line with the concept of energy-saving emission reduction company.
