How to safely use VSI sand maker

The safety of the VSI sand making machine is the most basic knowledge that must be possessed in the work. This is the conventional safety requirement. Safety Instructions for Operation of VSI Sand Maker:

1. Personal safety equipment: Always wear a safety helmet and safety glasses.

3. Do not operate when the top cover or peephole cover is open.

4. When running, do not climb.

5. V-belts, pulleys, rotors and engine parts must not be touched during operation.

6. Do not operate VSI sand machines without V-belts and pulley guards.

7. When operating, humans need a safe distance between them.

8. Before starting, there is a certain amount of time to allow the hydraulic system to reach operating temperature and oil pressure.

9. Do not feed more than the feed particle size given by the VSI Sand Maker specifications.

10. Do not operate in excess of the maximum rotor speed given in the specification of the VSI sand maker.

11. Looking down at the rotor from above, all SSC VSI sand machines should rotate counterclockwise.

12. Check once every 4 hours to prevent the castings from being worn down until they will break.

13. Iron blocks or other non-breakable materials are not allowed to enter the VSI sand maker. An electronic metal detector or a permanent magnet separator must be used before feeding.

14. Do not operate the unbalanced VSI sand maker.
