In addition, related tax support policies will be further implemented to support qualified marine engineering equipment manufacturers in the financing of listing and issuance of bonds, and enterprises will be encouraged to increase investment in R&D of marine engineering equipment and industrialization of innovation results, and to conduct overseas mergers and acquisitions. , Joint venture with powerful international design companies.

New marine engineering equipment, major marine engineering equipment, key ancillary equipment and systems are listed as strategic priorities. Among them, the new marine engineering equipment refers to offshore engineering equipment that has been newly developed in recent years in the world and is currently in a blank state in China and has broad market prospects, mainly including LNG-FPSO. Deep draft column platform (SPAR), tension leg platform (TLP), floating drilling production storage and unloading device (FDPSO), self-elevation production storage and offloading platform, and deep seawater emergency operation equipment and systems.
