2, installation site:
Do not install the device in radiation, such as in the microwave, ultraviolet, laser, or X-ray range.
In order to ensure the machining precision of the machine tool and reduce the temperature difference around the equipment, please do not install in the following areas:
1. Direct sunlight 2. Humidity 3. Temperature difference 4. Vibration 5. Strong magnetic field 6. Dust
Avoid the following conditions around the equipment installation area:
1. Garage 2. Drive lane with frequent traffic 3. Pressure or stamping equipment
4. Welding, spot welding or argon arc welding 5. Substation 6. High voltage line
7. Dust-producing equipment or processing
3, installation site:
The foundation of the equipment installation site must be fully tamped. There are no voids or empty soils.
The equipment installation site must have a fixed power source that meets the relevant requirements of the country. Temporary power sources must not be used. It must be ensured that the equipment has a good grounding protection.
The installation site of the equipment must have a stable source of air. The supplied compressed air must be dry, clean compressed air that meets the relevant requirements of the country.
4, power requirements:
The power supply provided by the equipment installation site must be three-phase four-wire system. Line voltage 380V ± 5%.
If the equipment site provides three-phase four-wire power line voltage is 200V ± 5%. When the equipment is powered on, it is no longer necessary to connect through the transformer.
If the device site provides three-phase four-wire power line voltage is 220V. After the equipment is powered on, it is necessary to pay attention to the voltage regulation of the power supply. Make sure that the voltage fluctuation of the power supply cannot exceed 220V + 5%.
5, compressed air:
The main road of compressed air must be equipped with a main pipeline filter and a drier. The pressure must be guaranteed at 0.5~0.7Mpa and the gas flow rate is 5m3/h.
