During the sterilization process, the food flow enters from the balance pump and is preheated to a homogenization temperature of about 90 to 95 ° C. After stabilization, it is then subjected to ultra-high temperature sterilization and finally cooled to the filling temperature. The system uses hot water and sterilization in the circulation loop to save energy and adhere to Delta's corporate philosophy of “environmental protection, energy saving and automation”. The machine has excellent sterilization performance, the production capacity is 1~30t/h, the typical sterilization temperature is 90~140°C; and it can be connected to any control system and can be mounted on the chassis.

Delta PLC can control according to the opening degree of the proportional valve. By subdividing the set temperature into segments, the actual opening temperature is sampled and the set temperature is compared to the actual temperature. After the difference between the two is obtained, the difference is subdivided in a certain range, and the opening degree of the proportional valve is controlled to different degrees in different regions. The stepping debugging is simple and the effect is quite good, thus ensuring the accuracy of the temperature control.
