A system overview
Winner7303 online particle size monitor is a take-in-line pulverized coal on-line monitoring system. The equipment can be sampled through the pulverized coal sampler. The sampler removes the pulverized coal sample and transmits it to the test host through a ceramic pipe. The host tests and analyzes the pulverized coal sample. The system diagram is as follows.
Pulverized Coal Online Testing System
In order to prevent clogging of the sampler, backflushing is performed by introducing a backflush valve.
This system is divided into 3 parts: compressed air filter, main cabinet and control cabinet. Compressed air filters include cold dryers, oil filters; main cabinets include mainframes, sample dispersion systems; control cabinets include industrial computers, PLCs, air distribution systems, and data transmission systems.
The customer can specify any pipe on site to measure the particle size of pulverized coal.
The system adopts a pattern test to remove the sample from the pulverized coal pipeline. After the test is completed, the pulverized coal is sent back to the pulverized coal pipeline to form a closed loop. Only need to open a 50mm hole in the pipe measuring point, weld the flange, install the sampler. Open a 50mm hole in the pulverized coal pipeline closest to the mainframe test cabinet, and weld the upper flange to be used for the sampling point after the pulverized coal test is completed.
