Recently, a Beijing company ordered our vibrating fluidized bed for the drying of snow melting agent.
This vibrated fluidized bed, with a bed length of 9 meters, can process 15 tons of granular snow melting agent per hour, and can dry the material with a moisture content of 5% to 1.5%. The equipment consists of a drying section and a cooling section. The inlet section temperature of the drying section is 160-200°C (adjustable according to demand). When the cooling is performed, it is room temperature, and then the product is packaged. In terms of material selection, the main surface of the drying host product is stainless steel, and the rest is carbon steel (preservative treatment). The details of the product have always been the focus of our company's equipment manufacturing. This time, our company installed an observation door on the side of the cabinet under the dryer to facilitate cleaning off the material under the screen and install it on the drying box. The temperature-vision mirror allows the operator to observe the inside of the dryer at any time.
