On July 12, the first 300-foot export ship of Anqing City was launched in the Machinery Manufacturing Industrial Park of Shuyang County. The deck barge was built by Zhouyang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., a Singaporean company that has passed the ABS inspection in the United States and has a full tonnage of 8,000 tons. The predecessor of Zhouyang Shipping Company was the Shuyang County Shipyard. It was acquired by Singapore Ocean Company in May last year with a total investment of US$1.25 million. Most of the products were sold to the international market.
