Why do tires bulge?
Caused by broken cords. The side of the tire is the thinnest place, and there is no steel wire inside. It is a ply, that is, a nylon thread plays a major role in supporting the gas inside and does not allow the inside to drum. It is the skeleton of the tire. When several lines are broken at the same time, the place will only have rubber support and the strength will be very poor. It will soon be bulging.
What causes the cord to break?
In the final analysis, tires are caused by external forces. The common conditions are: 1. The side of the tire has been squeezed, such as getting on the side. 2. There is no deceleration in the deep groove of the over-deceleration belt or the big pit, the tire is subjected to violent impact, and the side wall is subjected to excessive force, resulting in the breakage of the cord. 3. The tire pressure is too low, so that the tire side deformation is too large, and repeated bending, resulting in cord fatigue fracture.
Whether it is a bulge or a damaged side, it cannot be repaired. No repairs can be made. Because the ply in the place has been broken, the tire is only affixed with a piece of rubber inside, and there is no way to repair the ply. Therefore, after driving for a period of time, it will be bulging, or even a direct puncture, and the safety hazard is very large. In addition, the side of the tire is always in a state of deformation and recovery after running, and the tire is also easily detached.
Wheels are also closely related to the tires. Many people have asked whether the hub has been scratched, or bumped, or deformed. Can it still be used? To see where the injury or deformation is? If it is at the edge of the hub, or where the tire is directly in contact with the hub, it is not recommended because the place where the tire contacts the hub needs good airtightness, a piece of it is missing, or it is deformed and airtight. It will certainly be destroyed and it will produce a slow leak. If it is in other places, then it can continue to be used. In addition to affecting the beauty, as long as the balance is done well, the other has no effect.
Finally, do a check on the car. Don't forget to check the side of the tire. If it is found that the tire is bulging, you can't continue to use it. Replace the spare tire and go to the tire shop to replace the new tire. If the drum kit is still very small, you can also open it to the tire shop at a low speed, change the tires, and avoid using it at high speed for long distances.
