For example, if the DE value of xanthodextrin is 10-15, if the solid content is 40-50%, the viscosity is O 1P, viscosity increases with the decrease of DE value. The viscosity of low DE product with solid content of more than 40% can reach several pascals. This property change should be noted when using xanthodextrin.
