Vacuum drying box using the precautions:
1. The vacuum box enclosure must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
2. The vacuum box should be used in an environment where the relative humidity is less than or equal to 85% RH, there is no corrosive gas around, there is no strong vibration source, and a strong electromagnetic field exists.
3. Vacuum box studio is not explosion-proof, anti-corrosion and other treatment, must not put easily, explosive, easy to produce corrosive gas items to dry.
4. The vacuum pump can not work for a long period of time. Therefore, when the vacuum degree reaches the requirement for dry goods, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the vacuum pump power is turned off. When the vacuum degree is lower than the requirement for dry goods, the vacuum valve and vacuum pump power are turned on again. Continue vacuuming so that the life of the vacuum pump can be extended.
5. If the dry item is wet, it is better to add a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent the humid gas from entering the vacuum pump and causing the vacuum pump to malfunction.
6. Dry items such as light weight after drying, small size (small particles), should be vacuum in the working room plus septum to prevent the inhalation of dry goods damage vacuum pump (or solenoid valve).
7. After the vacuum drying oven is used many times, it will produce a phenomenon that vacuum cannot be drawn. At this time, the door seal should be replaced or the distance of the door buckle on the box should be adjusted to solve the problem. When the vacuum box drying temperature is higher than 200 °C, it will cause a slow leakage phenomenon. At this time, open the back cover of the box with an Allen wrench to loosen the heater base, replace the sealing ring or tighten the heater base to solve .
8. If the gas release valve rubber plug is difficult to rotate, it can be greased with an appropriate amount of grease. (such as Vaseline)
9. In addition to maintenance, the left side cover must not be disassembled to avoid damage to the electrical control system.
10. The vacuum drying oven should always be kept clean. Door glass should not be wiped with reactive chemical solutions and wiped with a soft cotton cloth.
11. If the vacuum drying oven is not used for a long time, wipe the exposed plating parts and coat with neutral grease to prevent corrosion. Put on the plastic film dust cover and place it in a dry room to prevent the electrical components from getting wet. Damage affects the use.
