At the same time, these enterprises need to master at least one of the core technologies of the energy system, drive system, and control system of new energy vehicles to produce new energy vehicles.
At the same time, the "Rules" give a clear definition of new energy vehicles: New energy vehicles refer to the use of unconventional vehicle fuel as a source of power (or the use of conventional vehicle fuel, the use of new vehicle power devices), comprehensive control of the vehicle's power and Drive advanced technology, advanced technology, advanced technology, and new structure of the car.
