I. Overview
The DC resistance measurement of the winding is one of the routine tests of the transformer. Its purpose is mainly to check the connection between the windings, between the windings and the leads, or whether the mechanical characteristics are good and whether the resistance between the phases of the windings is balanced or not, so as to ensure the transformer Safe operation.
A series of transformer DC resistance tester developed and produced by Shanghai Sheng Electric Technology Co., Ltd. adopts 32-bit ARM core as the core of processing, controls the whole machine, automatically completes self-calibration, steady flow judgment, data processing, resistance display, etc. Can measure the DC resistance of various types of transformers and transformers. The instrument can work directly with internal batteries, greatly facilitating the use of field workers.
Remove the specially equipped special test line, where the red and black test clamps are respectively clamped to the two sampling ends of the tested product, and the frictional contact point is strongly rubbed. The other end of the test line is connected to the instrument's connection terminal. (Note that the red and black colors correspond, and the thick wire connects the current terminal, and the thin wire connects the voltage terminal)

The instrument enters the main menu after self-test, as shown in Figure 2

Select current: enter this menu, as shown in Figure 3
Press “▲â€, “▼â€, “5†and “4†to cycle through the output currents. When measuring the windings with the same voltage level of the same transformer, the same current should be selected for testing to avoid causing test errors. After selecting the output current, press “OK†to enter the test state, as shown in the figure below; after the value is stable, press “3†to save and press “OK†to print the current data.

After the measurement is finished, press "Cancel" to return to the previous menu. After the instrument is discharged, as shown in Figure 4, the menu of Figure 3 is returned.

1. Winding material: After selecting this item, press "â–²", "â–¼" key to select winding material: copper-aluminum.
2. Winding temperature: refers to the current temperature of the winding. After selecting this item, press “▲â€, “▼†to input the winding temperature.
3. Convert temperature: select this item, the instrument will automatically convert the test data to this input temperature
4. Brightness adjustment: After selecting this item, press "â–²", "â–¼" to adjust the screen brightness to meet the display requirements in various environments.
Press “▲â€, “▼†to browse the record and press “OK†to print the current data. "003" indicates the total number of data storage, "001" indicates that the current data is the latest data. The time below indicates the test date and time at that time.
Adjust the clock: Select this menu, as shown in Figure 7:
Press “3†and “4†to move the cursor and select the desired item. Press “▲†or “▼†to adjust the current date and time. If you need to save after the modification is completed, press "OK" to exit without saving. Press "Cancel" to exit.
