This machine is one part of the complete poultry slaughterhouse. It is completely automatic. This machine mainly use cold water to cool down the poultry bodies after processing so that to get the best temperature before going into the cold room. 

This machine should work with a flake ice machine to get the water temperature between 0-4 degree.
