In the first quarter of this year, the company successively put into production a number of high value-added new products such as metallocene polyethylene, ABS high latex, imitation cashmere acrylic fiber, and polypropylene T40B. Among them, the ultra-large-diameter ABS latex is the first in China. Polypropylene T40B products fill the gap in the domestic production of low-index transparent polypropylene, and independently developed pneumatic thin-film high-volume sleeve control valves and other products have a strong market competitiveness.

Daqing Petrochemical focused on the integration of production and research, and successively cooperated with several units such as Daqing Chemical Research Center and Zhongkai Chemical (Dalian) Company to develop four achievements. CPI sewage treatment plant poisonous and harmful gas treatment technology, completely solve the CPI device environmental pollution problems; high efficiency adsorption and membrane separation combination process, so that the yield and purity of ethylene, hydrogen is significantly higher than the level of similar domestic devices; oil loading anti-track derailment safety The control system solves the problem of wheel rails traversing the crawler drill and the oil tanks to ensure the safety of oil loading operations; in particular, the advanced acrylic acid wastewater treatment project has passed acceptance and provides technical support for the discharge of the acrylic wastewater.
