2. Put the self-priming pump on the concrete foundation, put an isolation pad between the bottom plate and the foundation, and adjust the level of the isolation pad to find the level of the pump, and tighten the bolts after adjusting.
3. Before installing the self-priming pump, the appropriate concrete foundation should be prepared by the fire pump manufacturer according to the basic size of the self-priming pump, and the anchor bolts must be embedded in the concrete foundation process. Concrete foundation refers to the large self-priming pump products, and small self-priming pumps do not need to be used for concrete foundation.
4. When there is a dust cover at the inlet and outlet of the self-priming pump, the dust cover should be removed and connected to the pipeline. It should be noted that if the self-priming pump product that absorbs the fastest water is used, the outlet pipe must Turning can only be done after 1 meter vertical, otherwise the water in the pump body can be easily drained during the self-priming process.
