Operating procedures:
1. Sample preparation, take out the appropriate size of the sample, from the different positions of the material to be tested when taking samples without creases, point samples, the same kind of material test more than three.
2. The standard state of the sample: Before the test, the temperature was 23 ± 2 °C and the relative humidity was 60 ± 5% for 24 hours or more.
3. Add proper amount of distilled water to the test chamber.
4. The instrument must be placed on a horizontal table to verify the presence of enough distilled water in the sink.
5. Determine whether the voltage meets the requirements of the instrument and whether the machine has a true ground wire.
6. Start the power button, set the test temperature, and press the heating button to start heating.
7. When the set temperature is reached, open the lid of the test cup, and then use gloves to put the cut sample into the sink test cup to ensure that the sample is completely immersed in the water, cover the test cup lid, and start Motor switch.
8. After a certain period of immersion, remove the sample .
9. Determine the relevant criteria of the sample determination results can refer to the relevant standards .
10. In one test, repeat the above steps.
Maintenance procedures:
1 . After each use of the instrument, turn off the power first, remove the sample on the device, and wipe the dust and stain on the instrument with a clean dry cotton cloth to completely restore the normal state before use.
2 . The ambient temperature of the instrument should not be too high, and the relative humidity should not be too large.
3 . When the instrument is used infrequently, the outside should be cleaned occasionally.
4 . Regularly apply anti-rust oil once on the metal surface of the machine table, and periodically fill the rotary parts of the machine with oil.
5 . When it is not used for a long time, it should be kept dry inside the tank. When there is sediment at the bottom of the tank, it should be removed in time.
