The design of the MarkOne valve utilizes a spring that supplies air pressure and liquid pressure, all of which work together to achieve an exceptionally tight shut-off. Self-calibrating valve seat further enhances the ability of the MarkOne valve to close. MarkOne valves are usually double-headed stem guides that completely prevent contact between the plug and the retainer ring. Clamped seat and top entry trim make maintenance quick and easy. MarkOne valve components are highly interchangeable, reducing the number of inventory parts required. Compared with the film actuator, this actuator is more compact and easier to operate.
