The crushing mine adopts a three-stage and one-closed process. The coarse crushing machine uses a rotary crusher , the middle crusher uses a standard cone crusher, and the fine crush is a short-head cone crusher. The crushed product has a particle size of -19 mm.
Grinding is a two-stage, one-closed process. The coarse grinding is carried out by a rod mill, and the fine grinding is a ball mill , which is classified by four Ф660 mm hydrocyclones. Grinding fineness is 75%~147μm (-100 mesh).
Since the mine uses tailings backwater, about 10% of the gold has dissolved in the grinding circuit, so the mine process coexists with the carbon column method and the carbon slurry method. The carbon column method is a five-stage adsorption, and the lean liquid is recycled. The carbon slurry process is also slightly different from the general carbon slurry method. The first is to use two leaching series of five stages, the pulp concentration is 50%, and the cyanide dosage is 1.7kg/L for 48h. Then, after 5 stages of countercurrent washing (hydrocyclone), the washed grit is discharged to the tailings pond, and the overflow enters the high-efficiency thickening machine for dewatering. The thickener overflows into the carbon column circuit, and the grit is fed into the 6-stage. CIP process, CIP tailings discharged to the tailings pond.
The recovery of this CIP plant is not very high, only about 80% due to the following two aspects: ①fine gold ores and copper minerals (chalcopyrite) symbiosis, are difficult to separate; ② leaching operations performed outdoors The winter temperature is too low (2 ° C), which has a great influence on the leaching rate. Compared with the summer, the leaching rate differs by about 10%.
The activated carbon was Calgon 6×16 mesh coconut shell charcoal. The carbon adsorption time of CIP system is 8~10h, and the adsorption time of carbon column system is 10min. Both systems have a gold charcoal grade of 3000g/t.
Desorption is performed by a pressure desorption method. The desorption temperature was 115 ° C, the desorption pressure was 0.42 MPa, and the desorption solution was 1% NaOH.
The electrowinning and desorption operations constitute a closed circuit.
