1) The normal use temperature of UV varnish is 50-55°C. When using in low temperature in winter, the UV varnish must be heated in constant temperature water to make the viscosity reach the designed viscosity, which is beneficial to the leveling and rapid curing of UV varnish. .

2) When the UV varnish is irradiated with the UV lamp, the optimum temperature should be 50-60°C, because the UV varnish cures quickly at this temperature and the adhesion is strong after curing. That is, the lower the temperature below the UV lamp, the better. In particular, in the winter cold temperature workshop, poor adhesion and poor leveling occur. The main reason is that the temperature is too low to cause poor curing.

3) The UV glazing machine should be placed in a position where the sunlight can not be directly irradiated, otherwise the UV varnish will be solidified on the coating roller under the effect of ultraviolet light in sunlight. If you can not avoid direct sunlight, you should also use red and black curtains to block the sun's rays.

4) The UV Varnish that is scraped off when polishing, will bring the ink that has been printed on the printing material to the UV Varnish on the coating machine so that the Varnish is colored. After filtering and depositing, the light Oil can continue to be used.

5) Photoinitiators and thinners in UV varnish have a certain irritating effect on human skin. Therefore, in the glazing operation, if the skin encounters UV varnish, it should be immediately washed off with soapy water, otherwise skin irritation and blistering may occur.

6) The viscosity of the UV varnish varies depending on the type of UV varnishing machine, and a special varnish is selected according to the type of varnishing machine. If the viscosity of the UV varnish does not reach the viscosity required for the varnishing machine, it can be removed with a thinner or thickened with a thickener. However, this adjustment will lose the curing speed, brightness, and adhesion of the UV varnish, and it is not recommended to replace the appropriate special varnish as much as possible.

7) Care should be taken to clean the shaft head from time to time. Because the UV varnish flows to the rotating part of the drive shaft of the UV polishing machine, it sticks to the drive shaft at a high temperature and affects the transmission.

8) Special printing materials such as gold cardboard and PFT should be based on their surface properties, and special UV coatings should be used. Refer to Article 6.

UV Varnish is a non-filming material in the correct storage environment and cures immediately after exposure to ultraviolet light such as sunlight, arc welding, and UV light.
