Shipbuilding News, Norway TTS Group said on the 20th local time, through its subsidiary TTS Offshore Handling Equipment from South Korea STX Shipbuilding Ocean received a total of about 130 million NOK (about 22.7 million US dollars) scale drilling ship equipment supply orders.
TTS will supply four large marine cranes and Riser Handling equipment installed on one drilling ship, which will be delivered in the second half of 2014. The contract also includes the same equipment alternative orders for four drilling vessels.
In addition, the drilling vessel to receive the equipment was the first of the five drilling vessels ordered by Norwegian Sigma Drilling in the STX Shipbuilding Ocean.
