A few days ago, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the announcement of the "Catalogue of Energy-Saving New Energy Vehicle Models for Enjoyment of Vehicle and Boat Tax Relief" (third batch). Among them, there are 565 energy-saving cars, including 301 passenger cars, involving Shanghai Volkswagen, BYD, Changan Suzuki, Zhejiang Geely, Chery, FAW-Volkswagen, etc.; and new energy vehicles total 1,734 models, including 13 passenger cars. Commercial vehicles accounted for 98% of the total, and the total number of models benefited was 2,299.
