Precautions for using an incubator

The teaching equipment of the shaking incubator is a kind of conventional experimental equipment, which is widely used in the fields of medicine, genetics, biology, microbiology, food, petrochemical, chemical engineering, and viruses. In order to ensure the safety of operators during the use of the shaking incubator, the following precautions must be mastered.

1. Read all instruction manuals.

2. The rated electrical parameters of the socket provided by the user shall not be less than the rated electrical parameters of the machine and have good grounding measures.

3. When replacing the fuse, pull the plug out of the socket.

4, after the failure of the wire or electrical equipment, there should be professional repairs. Use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer can cause certain quality problems.

5. Use in children's environment, should pay close attention to.

6. In the process of use, it is forbidden to extend the finger into the gap of up and down movement.

7, the whole machine is strictly prohibited in the direct sunlight environment.

8. When the incubator is used for cooling, the ambient temperature should be lower than 32°C. When the ambient temperature is above 25°C, the opening times should be reduced as much as possible.

9. The heated object should be cooled at ambient temperature and then placed in the machine. It is forbidden to put the heated object directly into the refrigeration incubator to prevent danger.

10. When scrubbing the machine, unplug the power supply first.

The shaking incubator serves as a reward device. If it is well maintained, it can effectively increase its service life:

1. During the continuous operation of the instrument, regular inspections shall be conducted every three months; check the fuses, control components and fastening screws, and if any water droplets, dirt, etc. shall fall into the motor and control elements.

2. The bearing of the transmission part has been filled with a proper amount of grease before leaving the factory. During the continuous operation of the instrument, grease should be filled once every six months. The filling volume accounts for about 1/3 of the bearing space.

After one year of use of the instrument, if abnormal noises are found in the motor and compressor, the bearings of the transmission part are worn out, the belt is loose or cracked, and the electronic control element fails, the company will continue to provide excellent service and assist in handling.
