General small jaw crushers should pay attention to the following points when working:
1. When the crusher crushes the material, adjust the discharge port of the jaw crusher to crush the material to a certain size;
2. Check the tightness and wear of the V-belt (or flat belt) of the crusher. If it is too tight or too worn, adjust the belt or adjust it in time.
3. Always check the wear of the guards on both sides of the crusher. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced.
4. The opening size of the seesaw should be adjusted in strict accordance with the block size required by the process.
5. When the crusher does not have a protective cover, or the protective cover is not perfect, it is forbidden to start the machine to avoid personal accidents.
6. Move the flywheel or pull the belt with your hand to confirm that the equipment is flexible and can be tested without load.
7. After the crusher equipment is running normally, the feed is allowed to be broken. The addition should be uniform and no other blocks should be allowed.
8. Always pay attention to the discharge situation. If there is any blockage, it should be cleared in time.
9. Before the machine is shut down, all the blocks between the slabs must be broken before they can be shut down.
