Many models of Hyundai Motor are equipped with an idle solenoid valve on the carburetor. If the carburetor's idle solenoid valve fails, the engine will not idle and the engine will turn off frequently at idle. The reason why the solenoid valve does not work may be that the wire is broken or the connector is loose, and the solenoid valve itself fails. The following methods can be overhauled: (1) Check the ignition switch to the solenoid valve wire is off, if the circuit should be continually press the fastening, otherwise, check the idle solenoid valve. (2) Turn on the ignition switch first, with the input line connector and socket touch, listen to the solenoid valve action issued by the "da, da" sound. If yes, it indicates that the solenoid valve is good. If there is no reaction, the solenoid valve may be invalid or the line connector is loose. Further inspect the wire connector. (3) The general solenoid valve is not working because of loose joints cause power failure. At this point you can plug the input cable plug, hand pick connector. If you can hear "da", it means there is a loose phenomenon here. If the solenoid valve itself has a problem, and no replacement parts, the following methods can be used for emergency treatment: 1, manually push the solenoid valve connector, until you hear a "da" sound, press and hold the connector, and then Tight with tape tape, and then unplug the input cable for one touch off from the test, if the "da, da" sound of the action, then it has returned to normal, can continue to use. Note that the above process should be carried out in the ignition switch, 2, if you confirm the idle solenoid valve damage, to restore the role of idle speed. Remove the solenoid valve and plug it with a suitable screw so that it will not leak. In this way, the solenoid valve has lost its function as a carburetor without an idle solenoid valve.
