Relax the packing, check the water sealing tube; inspect and replace the bearing; inspect the prime mover speed and power supply; correct the fluorinated centrifugal pump shaft; check whether the balance air and return water pipe are blocked;

1. Fault analysis: The prime mover is faulty; the fluorine-lined centrifugal pump is stuck; the stuffing box is pressed too tightly; the discharge valve is not closed.

2, the solution: check the power supply and the prime mover situation; re-drive the car to determine the coupling situation; relax the filler; pipe inlet and outlet valves, start again.

Third, the fluorine-lined centrifugal pump vibration or noise exceeds the standard
1. Fault analysis: the anchor bolts are loose or the base welding is unqualified; the fluorine-lined centrifugal pump is cavitation;

The fluorinated centrifugal pump is surged; the impeller is damaged or has foreign matter.

2, the solution: tighten the anchor bolts, re-inspect the base welding, if necessary, re-weld the base; check the reasons and eliminate the system;

Check whether the discharge is too high or not; unpack the fluorine-filled centrifugal pump to check and replace and remove foreign matter.
