At present, it is generally adjusted by the operator, and the eccentricity is offset by installing a special counterweight. But this approach is time consuming and laborious. In addition, although the chattering can be reduced by reducing the workpiece rotation speed, the machining efficiency is lowered.
The automatic balancer mechanism automates the operation of suppressing chatter and quickly reduces chattering in seconds. Moreover, it is not necessary to reduce the number of revolutions, so the machining efficiency does not decrease.
