Dewei New Materials established a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2016, mainly engaged in research and development, production and sales of hydrogen fuel cells. After that, the company's subsidiary and Xinyuan Power reached a strategic cooperation agreement on the commercial application of hydrogen fuel cell technology. The Snowman shares also signed a strategic agreement with Xinyuan Power in November last year, and the two parties intend to cooperate in the technology and application of fuel cells.

On the other hand, in the field of hydrogen refueling station construction, in June last year, Shanghai International Automobile City, Shanghai Yuhua New Energy System Co., Ltd., Linde Group and Shanghai Jianxin signed a cooperation agreement on hydrogenation station investment operation in Anting Automobile Innovation Port. According to reports, the four companies will set up a hydrogen refueling station investment operation company, initially plans to build and operate five hydrogen refueling stations in Shanghai by 2020, forming a small hydrogenation network around Shanghai, providing hydrogenation services for about 400 fuel cell buses. .
